 Contact Sales

Contact our sales team by phone, email or facebook message with the information you gathered earlier.

 Site Survey

Our sales team will conduct a site survey of your property to determine signal viability.


 Discuss Features

We’ll help you understand our important features such as no data caps, internet speed, system use cases and customer experiences

 Schedule Physical Survey

By the time you’re off the phone our sales team will schedule our next available time to come by your house and do a physical signal survey, and if viable will being the installation immediately.

Planning

The planning stage is arguably the most important, because signal quality is what determines service availability.

 Placement

Once the plan is in place our installation team places a temporary “signal quality test” device in the planned location verify signal quality.


 Discussion

Once the perfect location for signal quality is discovered, our team will show you where the equipment will need to be installed and what the final product will look like.

 Install

Once the homeowner has agreed to placement, our installation team will begin the installation process.  Depending on specific details an installation can take anywhere from 1 hour to 5 hours.

 Installation Complete

Once our install team has finished your installation they will set up your new WickedRouter™ with your chosen WiFi name and password.

On-site Test

After completing your modem set-up our installation team will walk you through setting up your other devices.
